GTI® Anchored GabionFascia Wall
An Anchored Gabion Wall System is a soil retaining or supporting structure composed of gabions as the final facing and the anchors ensuring structural stability, load-bearing capacity, and safety.
Both the anchors and the initial and final facing contribute to the stability of the excavation. The anchors support the soil and transfer loads to the soil mass behind the wall. The facing supports the soil between nails and immediately behind the face, provides structural continuity, and enables the Anchored Gabion Wall to act as a unit.
Advantages
Less disruptive to track and cause less environmental impact.
Installation of anchors is relatively fast.
More Cost-Effective.
Anchors performed well during seismic events.
Give a more natural appearance.
Long structural life.
