GTI^® Rockfall Protection

The main objective of rockfall protection is to prevent and control rocks and debris to fall, causing threats to humans. Drapes are often used in protecting roadways, and railway tracks from rockfalls. Depending on site requirement, we over solutions for Rock Fall Protection using GTI^® DT Wire Mesh Netting, GTI^® Strong Net, GTI^® Rock Net, GTI^®DT Wire Mesh netting is designed to be strong enough to withstand the force of the falling rocks. It allows the rock/debris to move freely inside the mesh when it’s properly installed. GTI^® Strong Net prevents rock detachment and improves the slope surface stability. These nettings have high strength with minimum deflection to stabilize the rock-mass surface layer and contain any detachments.

GTI^® Rock Net is used where very high strength and stiffness is required in the face reinforcement. Due to the multi-axial performance of the panel, loads are transferred effectively to the anchors on the slope face regardless of the anchor layout. It provides the best performance under static load and stress dissipation to the anchorage points.
