Mr. Madhusudan Sarda aged about 47 years is Chairman and Managing Director of our company. He holds the degree of Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He has above 24 years of experience in the field of Marketing, Gabion Manufacturing and Geotechnical Engineering works.

Urvashi Sarda

Mrs. Urvashi Sarda aged about 44 years is Whole-time Director of our company. She holds the degree of Bachelor of Computer Science from University of Pune. She has above 17 years of experience in the field of Gabion Manufacturing and Geotechnical Engineering works. .

Mr. Rajagopal Karpurapu aged about 67 years is Non-Executive Independent Director of our company. He holds the degree of Bachelor of Technology from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University along with Degree of Master of Technology from Indian Institute of Technology, Madras and Degree in Doctor of Philosophy from The University of Florida. He has over 28 years of work experience as a Professor in Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, since 1993 to 2022.

Further, she’s associate member of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India in 2016.

Yumnam Joykumar Singh

Mr. Yumnam Joykumar Singh, 64 years, is a distinguished civil engineering veteran with over 38 years of expertise in Transportation Infrastructure and Public Administration. Holds a Bachelor of Engineering from the University of Madras. He currently serves as a Senior Road Engineering Consultant for the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB), bringing a global perspective to international engineering standards and multilateral development projects. Former Chief Engineer, Externally Aided Projects, for the Government of Manipur, having risen through senior roles including Project Director and Additional Chief Engineer. He Completed prestigious international programs in Japan (Sustainable Mountainous Roads), South Korea (Transport Systems), Malaysia in Road Asset Management System(RAMS) and Australia(Advance methodology in Design, Construction and Maintenance of Hill Roads). Highly trained in FIDIC Contract Management, Risk Analysis, Project Financing, and the preparation of Detailed Project Reports (DPRs). Expert in road construction, mountainous highway technologies, and drainage systems—expertise that directly aligns with our core business in geosynthetics and rockfall protection. He is instrumental in guiding our technical strategy, ensuring project risks are mitigated through international best practices, and overseeing contractual excellence in large-scale infrastructure initiatives.
