Cost effective
Excellent and strength durability
Allows using granular material
Prevents excessive deformation
GTI® GXU- Monoaxial PP Geogrid
GTI GXU are mono-oriented geo-grids manufactured 100% from high quality HDPE/polypropylene polymers. These geo-grids are manufactured with a unique extrusion technology. The geo-grids have high tensile modulus, great interlock capacity and junction strength, as well as superior long term design strength and durability. The geo-grids are resistant to chemicals in the Ph range 2 – 13 and to biological organisms normally found in soils and is stabilized against degradation due to short-term exposure to ultraviolet radiation.
Applications
-
Reinforced Gabion Wall (GTI GX wall)
-
Reinforced RCC Panel Wall (GTI PX wall)
-
Reinforced slope systems (RSS)
GTI® GX - Biaxial PP Geogrid
GTI® GX® Biaxial PP Geogrids are produced using select virgin grade polypropylene, stabilized against UV degradation using 2% finely divided and dispersed carbon black.
PP extruded geogrids are inert against normally occurring acids, alkalis and mineral salt present in the soil, unaffected by marine water or when used within pulverised fuel ash (fly ash), and are stable in normally occurring temperatures.
GTI® GX® Biaxial PP Geogrids have characteristics properties to allow it to be used in be used in soil reinforcement application with appropriate design considerations, for design life in the medium term (60 years) and in the long term (100 to 120 years).
Applications
-
Base separation /Stabilization
-
Ballast/ Subgrade reinforcement
-
Ground Improvement
-
Land Reclamation
-
Working platform
-
Haul roads / Internal Roads
GTI® GX - Triaxial PP Geogrid
GTI® GX Triaxial PP Geogrid is made from High-density polyethylene and has a triangle structure that is stable. Its multi-directional structure, which is based on the stable triangular form. It can give a better bearing system, allowing layers to be thinner. The use of triaxial geogrid in asphalt pavement, for example, can significantly reduce the thickness of the asphalt layer.
This product is extremely effective at spreading loads. It can successfully prevent rutting, cracking, and subsidence of the ground. Triaxial geogrid is a cost-effective geotechnical engineering system.

GTI® GHS – High Strength Flexible Geo-grids
GTI® GHS geogrids consist of straps having core of high tenacity polyester yarns tendons encased in a polyethylene sheath. They are produced by a unique extrusion-coating process. The single straps are connected by a low strength plastic strip laid out in the cross direction, thus forming a grid.
Applications
-
Reinforced Gabion Wall (GTI GX wall)
-
Reinforced RCC Panel Wall (GTI PX wall)
-
Reinforced slope systems (RSS)
